“Had a pair of karrimor boots that the eyelet snapped in half but haven’t used the boots much. Customer services don’t want to know as I don’t have proof of purchase. Very disappointed as all I wanted was a replacement eyelet and I’d take the boots locally for repair.”

“Purchased items via Sports Direct, paid full price only to receive the items with 50% off stickers and new reduced prices on them! Asked for a refund of the difference but no joy! - Poor customer service from one of your main stockists.”

“I am very pleased because there was interest about my order despite the fact that it was only one piece and in 3 days from the day I ordered it collected from the courier. It hasn't reached to me yet however I'm pleased that it is on the way to me faster than I expected.”

“I keep buying these as they are comfortable lightweight trousers that have the pockets where they are needed for my work as a surveyor. The elastane goes a bit quicker than I'd prefer so the trousers then have a grey thread fuzz on the wear areas. But then again I almost live in them. And they are a great price.”

“My ON KARR40000054051947 was delivered early and processed efficiently. Unfortunately when I opened the box the small metal name badge on one boot had come off leaving 2x small holes for water to penetrate. I took the boots back to Sports Direct in the Intu centre in Derby on Saturday morning. They did not have a replacement pair available. However they gave me a credit for the cost of the boots £124.99, but were unable to refund the carriage and said I would need to contact "online" to obtain a refund and compensation for having to make a trip to Derby Please le me have your comments on the above Thank you Roger Litchfield 07831 353396 email as above”

“I bought new Karrimore Resolve runners in good faith. Had problems with them. Contacted Karrimore costumer service waited days and still no reply. Very disappointed. Awful costumer service.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They are part of Sports Direct who have no consideration for their customers. I wrote a comment on this site 2 weeks ago about the fact I had paid full price for gloves receiving like others half price ticket. They have not had the decency to reply to my email .”

“Ladies and Gentlemen, I wish you all the best for the new year. Unfortunately, I come to you with a disappointed information. I ordered a jacket from you on the website of Karrimor. I have been quite satisfied with the brand so far. When I removed the jacket from the packaging, I noticed a 50% discount as a pendant noticed. I took advantage of this opportunity and found that I can get the jacket at a different provider also at 50% cheaper. I would like to ask you, what can we do so that I as a customer get a fair transaction. Otherwise, I would return the jacket because I bought a product at a wrong price. I thank you and look forward to an early reply. Attached is a photo.”

“I bought these boots for my son for Christmas paying £149.99. They were put away then duly wrapped. My son has opened them this morning and he found a big pink sticker I hadn't noticed saying up to 50% off only £74.99! I am so disappointed that my son has thought I had paid half the price for the boots. Furthermore, I am left feeling i should have only paid the lesser amount”

“When the goods arrived they had labels stating reduced to 50%. When I contacted customer service they refused to refund the difference ( £20). I found this as very poor service. This was my first purchase from Karrimor and it will be my last.”
