“Well I first received a note that my card was not accepted, then that it was and then I saw that I was charged for two orders. A number of phone calls to my credit card company got this straightened out but I have not yet seen the product. Not happy yet!”

“paid 13.33 for express delivery 1-2 days, not received on time. no customer service or terrible customer service which ignored me. now i want refund money what i paid for express delivery.”

“I ordered my two pairs of leggings and was sent a confirmation email and then later an email that stated the items had been delivered and signed for by me. I was not in the Flat at the time and there was no one else in. The neighbours do not have the parcel. I then notified Hermes and yourselves but have heard nothing back.”

“I was very excited to make my first purchase online. The website was fantastic I found the things that I needed. Once I went online to purchase that items that I wanted I started finding some problems. First I was not able to change the transportation method so that was complicated took me awhile to just get it. The second issue was when I went for payment then my credit card was charged but one day later I receive a denial email from your company telling me that my credit card was not working correctly or something like that. Then I have to go to the bank I figured out what happened they told me that they didn't have any problems that it was the sellers issue. Then finally I had to use another credit card and everything went through. now I'm just waiting for my package I hope it comes without any issues. I'm excited. Hope next time I make a purchase is a lot easier.”
