“I was very excited to make my first purchase online. The website was fantastic I found the things that I needed. Once I went online to purchase that items that I wanted I started finding some problems. First I was not able to change the transportation method so that was complicated took me awhile to just get it. The second issue was when I went for payment then my credit card was charged but one day later I receive a denial email from your company telling me that my credit card was not working correctly or something like that. Then I have to go to the bank I figured out what happened they told me that they didn't have any problems that it was the sellers issue. Then finally I had to use another credit card and everything went through. now I'm just waiting for my package I hope it comes without any issues. I'm excited. Hope next time I make a purchase is a lot easier.”

“Poorly manufactured and not worth the money. Excessive down leaking from seems and through the material. Coat exchanged and exactly the same so this was not an isolated case. Shocked to hear that the Karrimor name is now owned/operated by Sports Direct since the company's demise in 2004 and leads me to believe, on the basis of my recent experience, the brand quality may have been compromised. I would probably not purchase Karrimor again because of this dissapointing experience. Such a shame as I have always selected Karrimor for their quality workmanship and durability.”

“I was very disappointed to pay £36.98 for this product and then to find a Sports Direct label attached to it showing a price of £29.99 on it - I feel I have been completely misled. I could have bought directly from my local store.”

“From order to delivery only took 4 days. So quick in fact that when I tried to cancel the order after only 24 hours - ordered wrong size - it was too late. This has resulted in wasted time and money. Shouldnt complain I suppose.”
