“I can't really review Karrimor itself but rather your distributor 'sports direct' though I suppose that was arranged through your website. I swear, though I cannot prove, that when I placed my order it was for the size I am, namely women's size 10, small. However when my order confirmation came through it was for size 14, large, which I am not. I am pretty sure that the order just defaulted to what was remaining in stock. It's frustrating not being able to change an order, though I do understand that, but then there is no contact phone number on your website which is even more frustrating. So I received an item I didn't want and I had to pay the postage to return it. Yes I would have liked the correct size but after this experience I didn't dare try. CH”

“I paid extra charges to get delivery soon . Delivery was supposed to be done on Saturday but today is Tuesday and I haven't yet got the delivery.”

“The Karrimor snow boot right hand side has a manufacturing in the heel. There is no support under the inner sole which makes ir squishy walking. This is the second pair to have this fault. We are returning this pair.”
