“I placed an order on Tuesday 14-11 to be delivered to a sports direct store. As of 11.35pm 19-11 I still haven't received confirmation that it is available for collection. It wouldn't be so bad, but they have the same Jacket in stock at the store that I selected to collect from.”

“Difficult to make a review of the service at the moment as I am still awaiting the delivery to Field and Trek in Guildford of the goods ordered several days ago. We did go into the shop on Saturday, to check but nothing had been delivered by Karrimor. We hope this will happen very shortly!”

“Are you up to scratch? Well, honestly, no. Your website was easy and convenient to use, and I was informed in good time that my order would be delivered via cs@sportsdirect.com. I then received a message and email from Hermes couriers (donotreply@hermesparcelmanager.co.uk) on Friday 17 November at 11.27, "You can view the full tracking history of your parcel". However, on clicking the link, it informed me only that at "10.50 Status: Due to be delivered today". It's now 15.55 and nothing has been delivered so far. I now have a very low opinion of your courier's 'full tracking history', having wasted a day waiting in for the parcel. Not very impressed.”
