“Cancellation ignored, parcel thrown over 6 ft high fence not delivered to door so left overnight in the rain, email query re the company and its relationship with Sports Direct not answered 5 days after it was sent.”

“You sent the wrong size. Ordered size 6.5 shoe, box said 6.5 but shoe inside was a 6 and so too small. Now I have to pay to send it back because of your mistake.”

“I am asked to write a review of service from Karrimor when I haven't received my parcel! Dreadful service and impossible to speak to a human being. As we speak numerous emails are being sent from me to the courier and yourselves (Sports Direct) and to date I have not had a satisfactory answer.”

“The goods are well priced and the delivery happened in good time, but is it not a bit of a liberty charging a fiver to get stock to a shop? Admittedly offset to some extent by the £5 voucher, but then I had to buy something I didn't really, really want.”

“I have had to pay £5 for courier and had no control over when the parcel is deluvered. I am stuck between your company and the courier - I have not received items and uncertain when I will. this is poor service and unacceptable”

“I purchased items and payed extra for next day delivery, it has been 5 days now and still have not received them. There was no contact number to ask anybody about this, I did email 3 days after purchase and was told that it had been packed but not sent and when I asked why there was no reply hence why I would rather talk to somebody on the phone...”
