“I ordered a rucksack from you on Friday 8th December and paid next day delivery. It is now 11th Dec and I have still not received it. The curriers said they tried to deliver it but we were in all day. I am now finding it difficult to track it down or contact anyone by phone. Please help me to sort this out.”

“I needed a new pair of snow boots, I purchased Karrimor snow boots on line. Received my order with in a few days, very happy with my purchase they are very comfortable. Sole looks fab as I am a bit accident prone, so ready for the snow now bring it on.”

“My wife and I live in Portugal and we have both used the Karrimor Run Tempo 4 for a few years. The tracks my wife runs on around here are very hard and very rocky, so apart from light weight, good comfort and support it is important that the shoes give good isolation from sharp rocks and good shock absorption. The tempo 4 meets these requirements at a very reasonable price, which is why we continue to seek them out. I am limited to walking on a treadmill thus my needs are less demanding, nevertheless I find them excellent value for money.”
