“at first very frustrating having to use upper and lower case numbers and letters as a password surely passwords are personal but once oversoming that log on problem all was good and easy to use although then the product i wanted was out of stock in my size but had come back in within 2 weeks the checkout process was easy and painless now just awaitng delivery just over a week from ordering although im an eu resident so expect a week to 10 days from ordering”

“All fine except lack of agreement on delivery. Couriers need to contact customers to decide an acceptable time fordelivery for both. Courier should not just turn up and hope for the best.”

“I always rate karrimor products, but am disappointed that I can get no technical product information. I wrote asking a question, thinking I was writing to karrimor. It was a technical question about Event materials used in your waterproof/breathable coats. The answer came some days later from Sports Direct and told me they couldn't offer me advice and suggested I go into a store and "try one on". When I asked the same question of another manufacturer (who also use Event material in their coats) the answer obviously came from someone who thoroughly knows their products. Shame, as Karrimor is such a good product and needs the back up of knowledgeable staff. I have done my own research, and hope I've got it right.”

“The Karrimor products where fine, well packaged and arrived quickly. What was very annoying where the pieces of free tat that came with it, please drop the rubbish freebee's and just stick to what you are good at.”

“I have to send them back as they have sent them with a security tag on them, and to change the size because they are to small. They have in formed that i could send them back or go to the shop . Am going to the shop i am pleased with the purchase.The quality looks very good.”
