“Product very good and as described. However, usage of courier company that required me to sit at home for four hours on Saturday morning awaiting delivery is not ideal. Could a delivery option to make "signed for" delivery optional rather than mandatory be implemented?”

“I am perfectly happy with your products and the value for money they represent. I have been buying Karrimor products for more than 30 years, with great satisfaction. The only problems this time were: The delivery: I paid a premium charge for next-day delivery. The products did not arrive on that day. I received a text message " we tried to deliver your parcel, sorry we missed you" having been in all day, with a working doorbell, and perfect hearing; my email to Karrimor raising these points was acknowledged but not answered. My parcel arrived the next day. Please arrange for a refund of the premium charge. Robin Dance.”

“The products are good and I am impressed by the cheap sale prices, but the delivery by a courier is problematic if you're not in and miss the parcel. The courier's phone did not work so I could call him and it's frustrating that it can't be sent Royal Mail and then left at the nearby collection office if missed.”

“So far heavy duty boot socks have enabled me to walk further without sore ankles or feet the socks are washed at its highest temp I bought the bigget size socks size 12 to shrink down to an 11 in the wash , well done a good product my feet thank you”

“Before purchasing my jacket from Karrimor I contacted customer service regarding the product. It was a while before I got an answer, and when I did the person who contacted me had no clue how to answer my simple question and suggested I just read the product information. If I could get the answer I wanted from the product information, then why would I be contacting customer service? Regardless of that I was happy with what I received and I found the shipping time to be excellent (thanks to DHL Express).”

“I love Karrimor, i am everytime sure about its quality. I generally purchase my orders from Turkey , shipping a bit expensive but i receive my goods generally less than a week. My worries and advise to Karrimor 1.Pls try to reduce delivery costs,add more options like national post delivery., (for international deliveries) 2.Especially when i bought a walking shoes i cant really know whether it is really siutable to be used in cold weather or not.Last time i bought shoes and it is extremely breathable it is great for summer not for winter .,!”
