“Delivery was speedy but still later than expected. The fit of the shoe came up a little small so we had to return them for 1/2 a size larger.”

“Excellent fast delivery to store, literally arrived next day. My complaint is that if you need to return your item and exchange it, you end up paying twice for delivery. £10 for two store deliveries?!?! Ridiculous.”

“I bought a pair of trekking poles. They were carbon and very light. I bought them in the sale for going downhill in the OMM this autumn. They are certainly very light, the lightest that I could find anywhere for the price. They were half price in the sale:£29.99 instead of £59.99. They are wonderful, very light and very comfy although I have not used them for a long distance yet as I only got them this week. They are full size and shorten easily for packing away or travelling. I couldn't be more pleased. Mary Sargeant”

“Very fast delivery for store collection. Item was ordered Saturday evening and was in the shop the following morning. However the store's parcel point must be totally disorganised as I had to wait at least twenty minutes for them to locate my parcel. Overall though, a good service.”

“Cannot fault the service. At every stage of the order I was informed of its progress. Immediate confirmation and prospective delivery date and in fact it was two days earlier than anticipated. Three to 5 days promised but in fact it was two days. . Oh and the product is perfect and a bargain. Last seasons stock at a third of the new season price I will certainly use you again and recommend to all my friends”
