“It can be a bit daunting on the website as there is so much choice and it can be a little tricky to determine the difference between the various items (walking boots, in my case). But over the years I have bought many different pairs and they have all been good! (I'm a professional gardener so I get through a lot of boots!!!)”

“As a field geologist I have been looking for a tough rucsac to use as day sack for carrying rock samples as well as field gear and the alpinist is streets ahead of anything else I have come across. At 35 + 10 it is the perfect size , comfortable, lightweight, well constructed with high quality materials.”

“Ordering and payment was very quick and painless. Delivery was 3 days early.but the product will have to go back due to poor quality which I am devastated by,my last one lasted 4 years replacement lasted 1 day.”

“Feeling disappointed. I couldn't believe I found Karrimor in a Sports Direct When I asked staff "is this The actual Karrimor?" they replied "yes".. Sports direct didn't have my size Instead of going on line to sports direct I went to the original Karrimor site to order I prefer in going to the direct suppliers as this assures quality I ordered 2 pairs so I could return 1 after trying them both out My preferred pair were not only too small (size 6 comes up as a size 5 in this design??) But they were also not made correctly The heal was so bad that it would have caused my run much pain These were the most expensive pair on the web so I was left confused This was not the Karrimor I have grown up with as a hiking boot buyer I am I have since found out that they are not Karrimor, but Sports Direct shoes The name is just that, a name I feel disappointed as the staff assured me nad this was a mis sold product as far as I am concerned, especially as now the web site is not really karrimor, but a sports direct branch, which explains why all products are so so vastly reduced”

“The walking sandals are great, but beware hidden charges and lengthy delays if using Karimor's third export partners Barlin to Grenada (West Indies). Sandals despatched on the 31st July had to be collected by ourselves from DHL Express office on 20th August where we were told that an additional cost was required by DHL Express who we had not entered into any agreement with. The online tracking was interesting though as it showed the sandals had gone to Barbados, Venezuala, Panama, back to Venezuala, Trinidad, British Guyana, Venezuala, Trinidad again before arriving in Grenada (West Indies). The website should surely warn you that as well as paying x pounds for the shoes, and y pounds for delivery, that you are likely to be charged z pounds for customs clearance, and that it won't actually be delivered and that you then have to pay zz pounds because Barlin Deliveries haven't actually delivered.”

“When you buy Karrimor boots they come with laces. These fit the boots. When these laces break, Karrimor can supply replacement laces - which are 3/4 of the length of the laces that came width the boots. Well done!”

“Hi the man that delivered the parcel threw my door has posted it while no one is in; as he has done this the dog has got at it and destroyed it I'm upset by this as I was wanting it to go to V festival with it and I couldn't because it was all ripped!”

“I paid a lot of money for the fastest delivery to get my item before I went on holiday, and according to your website when I placed my order I should have got this item. Now it has been delayed, for an unexplained reason, and I will not get it in time. I expect a full refund for the postage I paid for.”

“The shoes are the second pair I have bought from Karrimor, and the finish is always very good. Trainer type shoes I have bought elsewhere always seem to part very quickly with the sole, whereas these seem to be superior in finish.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to see that the walking sandals I bought were much cheaper on the Karrimor on-line site than in a well known local sports chain store. In addition the whole order and delivery service was excellent: speedy, informative and reliable. I am really pleased with the quality of the sandals, so, all in all, a top class shopping experience.”
