“All arrived in good order and first impressions are very good. Have not used the poles for walking yet but they feel very comfortable and seem to have very good options for adjusting length. Am anticipating tha t they will help my walking enormously I have great trouble walking and standing at the moment due to severe back problem - Kyphosis Scoliosis an Parkinson's.”

“not sure how to rate you really.the time from ordering to delivery was very prompt.however the bag was smaller than was needed and i little flimsy.so decided to return item,took item to post office. where i was stunned to find that the bag that i had paid to come from Karrimor to me(£4.99) was now costing me £12 to send back to Karrimor.”

“Bought the small Karrimor rucksack, have had one before & it lasted years so no hesitation in purchasing another one. Very handy for day trips out, can fit loads in & the 2 mesh side sections each hold a small/medium bottle of water nicely. Liked the turquoise one so much when it arrived, I bought a pink one as well! The Karrimor walking/hiking trousers which 'zip off' into shorts are also a favourite of ours (mens & ladies style). I would highly recommend Karrimor products, good quality & value for money.”

“Once I'd managed the place the order an excellent service (order placed Sunday evening and goods received Monday). Would have got a very good rating, but the web site is not optimised for ipads which meant that several of the critical form options (address autofill, Paypal, and critically cardpay) did not work on my ipad without errors. This meant I had a very frustrating hour before finally giving up and firing my old laptop up to place the order. Its a shame as the price, online shop layout and the rest of the service were first class. The registration/epay functions/forms on the website desperately need updating though, I don't expect to be forced to use a laptop to place an order in 2015 and came very close to ordering via Amazon as I don't have these hassles with their website.”

“Dear Sir or Madam, It is a pity when you have a typo in your account and you cannot change it (e.g. Address). Whenever I order via Internet I could change my account details or add an alternative address for shipping. This is not possible on your website. Would be happy that this works! Best, Doris Smetana”

“Purchased some Karrimor waterproof walking shoes from your site for direct delivery to my local store. Unfortunately, when I tried them on they were a very small 8.5 size so have had to send them back for a 9. That in itself is not the problem. The issue is with the returns policy and making a preference to send returns by this method! The trainers cost me £32.00 including delivery but to return the item by way of registered post was a crazy £11. That's without the extra £2 for the packaging! So my fairly inexpensive trainers have now cost me £45. Not great on ones tight monetary budgets! Maybe you should rethink this one Karrimor. Free delivery in the first instance might be a way forward to soften the blow on your returns policy! ????”
