“A good service and communication. .Only minus point is the couriers e mail does not indicate any idea of the likely TIME of delivery thus keeping one indoors for a potential 12 hours .Surely an AM or PM time etc is possible?”

“I ordered a 40 litre Karrimor Dry Bag having recently been on a walk in very heavy rain. Decided I did not want everything getting wet again and think these look an excellent option. Much better than the rain covers that many rucksack manufacturers sell/include as they either don't stay put or are too large and look as though there is a parachute on your back!! Looking forward to the next walk in monsoon type conditions!”

“Although I am happy with the bag itself, and the time it took for delivery, I am extremely annoyed that I have just noticed a security tag has been left on the front lower pocket. How this was not checked or noticed before delivery was extremely careless! I live outside of the UK and go on holiday in two days so am now need to make a decision as what to do. In addition to no customer service email address or number in any of the many emails I have also received is equally frustrating.”

“This item arrived on time - very quickly. I tried on the sandals immediately, with my heavy slop-around-the house socks on - fitted great. Then, in trepidation, tried on with bare feet - also fitted perfectly, using the draw-in lace. Just soooo comfortable. I am looking forward to taking and using them on my forthcoming travels.”

“I do find it annoying when online retailers hassle you for feedback before the product has even arrived! Yes, I'm sure what I've ordered will be perfect, yes I'm sure that they will be packed just fine! And yes my online experience has been estatic! But please, wait until I've received my order until you ask for feedback as I cannot review what I don't have!”

“This is my third pair of shoes from Karrimor but my first time bought directly from them and I can only rate the order and shipping process which were flawless: I have received what I have asked for. As for the quality of the shoes (Hot Route Low Mens Shoes) allow me a few months to test them first. Since I rate Karrimor, do not expect to receive additional details concerning their items, my inquire about Mendoza shoes was unsuccessfuly, I was asked to refer the description on their web page. However their goods are not expensive, so as most of the time we have what we pay for”

“I was very disappointed to receive these trainers in a box marked sale at£23. When I had paid £29.99 plus £5 postage. I think if someone had the time to mark up the box before it was delivered, I should be refunded the difference. The website has no means of making a complaint and the store could only refer me back to the website. One very disappointed customer.”

My last payment has like that: - 65$CAN equipments -25$CAN Karrimor transport -50$CAN DHL transport -50$CAN customs So, I pay two times more than the original price because of the distance. Did they have an other ways more cheaper to travel the equipements? Thanks a lot!”
