“I am very pleased with my karrimore shoes. they arrived in good time. I have worn them twice for fairly strenuous walking and found them very comfortable. thankyou”

“Very disappointed not to have recived my order, even though payed for NEXT DAY delivery. Suitcase packed and awaiting sandles. What use are the e.mails you sent with tracking info...... If the delivery man doesn't show up ? Two days later still waiting, I am about to have to chase you up with phone calls when I have little time, prior to leaving for airport , relaxing start to holiday. Hey!!!!!!!!”

“OK..here we go, now I have been buying Karrimor Boots for years now and they are the only foot wear I use..! I suffer from fallen arches (badly) and I must confess once I get my new boots I replace the inner sole for the Scholl Sports inserts, once I do that 'Pain Over'..! The Rugged construction of the boots does the rest for me in the way of strength and support and the cost is a bargain as opposed to other specialised footwear. I cannot recommend this company any higher as I am a totally satisfied customer and anyone who suffers from bad feet etc. should give them a try..! Excellent as far as I am concerned, please don't change their construction or the quality of the footwear it's great as it is.. 'Fab'..Thanks ED..A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++”

“After realising that I would have to wait 6 weeks for 1 item that was not in stock (my fault) on the full order, I contacted customer services explaining that I required the items for a holiday that was getting near. The items then arrived within a couple of days. "great service, great clothing and great price!" GPDK”

“I used the next day delivery and everything arrived on time and as planned. The only thing is that I ordered a size 7 because in the size chart it said that 7 is 40.2/3 bu ton the shoe itself the size is 41... which is a bit too big. Thank you”

“I had requested (and paid for) next-day delivery, but Yodel did not deliver for two days. In addition, when the driver did eventually arrive, he refused to bring the package up to the second floor, leaving it instead in the entry way, claiming his truck did not lock. The ordered boots were to replace beloved Karrimor KSBs from the late 1990s and the product was not the same in terms of fit and comfort, so I am returning it for a refund. Not a good experience in any aspect.”

“First time I have dealt with your company and have been very, very impressed with your order update. I do not believe I have ever been sooo updated with the progress of my order from the outset. You kept me informed, literally, with every step of my order. Not only that, I ordered over a B.Holiday w/e with a forecast delivery for the Friday. Nice surprise, my order unexpectedly arrived on the Wednesday. Well impressed and gold star to your company. Keep up the good work”
