“Sizes are inaccurate - Ordered size 7 running trainers which fit more like a size 6 and had to pay £5 extra for a recorded delivery to return. Hoping the Size 8's fit when they arrive!”

“Down Parka I bought is good and was delivered next day. However web site stated that it has goose down 90% but on the parka it's written 80% Duck down.”

“Having been a fan of Karrimor rucsacs for all my life and in need of a replacement for my "Hot Route KS100t " I purchased a "hot Rock 30". Purchased made a confirmation e-mail arrived, next another e-mail to say it was being dispatched. The following day another e-mail to say it was on its way and I would have it by 1pm Saturday. Now if that's not efficiency I just don't know what is. The rucsac arrived in tack and I'm pleased to say has had three outings already, and if it were a tin of paint would say, " does what it says on the tin".......Excellent service, job well done.”

“hello, An extra , efficient , very fast . One regret for the design of the fastener sleeves of the fleece. It should be lower at the beginning of the sleeve of the parka. If I had tried this dress I would not have bought it.”

“Not happy. I ordered a coat in the wrong colour and realised as soon I had received a confirmation email. Within 6 minutes of receiving this I cancelled the order. Hours later I was told it was too late to cancel the order as it had already been dispatched. I was also told that all I had to do was refuse the order to the courier. This assumes I have nothing better to do than sit and wait for an unspecified day and an unspecified amount of time for a courier to deliver said item. Being that I work and have school runs.. oh and a life, this proved impossible and I missed the delivery by an hour. I was unable to find any contact number and my email complaining about this wasn't answered. I now have a coat that I have to pay postage for to return. Will not buy from again.”

“The goods were of decent quality though the sizing is completely out. You have to go a size above what you need. There was a problem with the order and they have not even acknowledged my e-mail, I would not order from them or sports direct again.”
