“The jacket ordered was fine and fits well, but we were disappointed and somewhat irritated to see that TWO Security Tags were still attached to the jacket which meant an extra, and in our view, unnecessary journey to a Sports Direct outlet along with the dispatch note and proof of identity, in order to remove them. Needless to say, they set off the security alarm when entering the outlet! Therefore despite the "must go" reduction on the advertised original price, the delivery charge and the cost and inconvenience of the additional journey and explanation to the staff to get them removed added to the overall price paid. So not impressed with the service and therefore would think twice before buying from Karrimor/Sports Direct again.”

“Have had the rucksack delivered to my Mother's so haven't seen it myself yet, but it arrived promptly without any fuss - ordering & delivery service easy & painless! Would definitely check out your site again should I be looking for similar products in the future.”

“Received my items in good time, although I am unfortunately going to return my Mens Expedition Parka because it is just too big, even though it's a small. If there was an XS, it would probably fit me OK. FYI; I'm a slim 5'9", 9.25 Stone & 28/30" waist. It's a real shame because the jacket is such a cracker, real quality, so light weight yet durable, warm and well made.”

“Bought the igloo jacket & unfortunately has to go back as it doesn't fit; waistline is nearly in the middle of my back :( & I'm normal size 12; it's a shame as I waited & had my heart set on it since last year. Maybe next year or a year after...”

“Quick delivery however box was tatty and bashed with stickers all over it which couldn't be removed without tearing the box further. Pretty poor especially since the shoes were purchased as a gift.”
