“I paid for next day delivery and it didn't arrive. I have contacted customer services and have had no response. My items did arrive at a later date and were what I wanted but I didn't get the service I paid for and I have had no explanation for this.”

“The box was a complete mess and the security tag had been left on. Not very impressed as I'm giving the trainers as as a Christmas present and cutting off the security was not easy!”

“Karrimor themselves were fine, the items were despatched quickly and as always are great value for money, but why oh why must you use Yodel for delivery?!?! They are awful. They delivered it to the wrong place (a different street and postcode) and have been no help when I've called them. Luckily the place that they did deliver to dropped it round to me, but please don't use Yodel! I've wasted 4 days waiting for them and 2 long phone calls just because they can't read a postcode.”

“Yodel are probably the worst delivery company out there - please don't use them, it lets down your service. No point in asking me to write a review because you want "To make sure I got the very best service" when I am still awaiting delivery and yodel claim they've not even got the parcel yet - a week after the order.”

“I had brought some items online worth £200, however there was no option to add next day delivery. I processed through the steps on my phone hoping there was a step at the end to add the next day delivery - to my luck this was impossible. Next day I tried to navigate the web page to seek some help. No chance, there was no way of speaking to anyone regarding my query to chase for next day delivery. I am a regular customer for several online shopping sites and usually it it fairly easy to speak to someone to change the delivery. However i eventually managed to find a number via my own sources. The sales contact was not able to help at all, I had to refund my order and order online again via a desktop by myself. The items I had pre ordered were last in stock, so I couldn't reorder it! The sales couldn't do anything, I had to escalate to the manager we was equally as disappointing!!! All they could do was provide a refund. When I eventally received my order, I wanted to refund a number of items. And to my surprise I as the customer had to pay for the postage, at a cost of £13!!!! Went into a sports direct store to attempt to refund the items (which were sold in the store), but the store manager was useless!!! Basic summary - I will never shop with this company again!!!!! Worst experience ever+”

“Would like to know if I am buying from Sports Direct rather than pretending that it is from Karrimor. Also DETEST receiving unwanted free gifts with an order. Such a waste of resources. I am sending my purchases back along with the free gift.”
