“Good experience. Good price, and prompt delivery. I would have preferred to have been able to collect my purchase from a Collect+ location, but that wouldn't stop me from shopping with Karrimor again.”

“Unfortunately, the item I ordered was wrong. The invoice and the box tallied with what I had ordered - unfortunately on opening the box a totally different pair of trainers were inside. Clearly, this had not been checked before despatch. I have now had to waste time and money in trying to sort this out. I'm not impressed.”

“Thank you for your store and your service. Everything is fine and you will quickly deliver the goods in Ukraine. But there is a problem with service in Ukraine, it does not give us an indication of the address. Need to go to the city and take oblasnoy goods from the warehouse to the service, and this is an additional cost. Why can not redirect the mail to the correct address?”

“Brilliant service. I paid for the 2 day delivery and the item was delivered the very next day even though it is the busy Christmas period. My father already has 2 pairs of the trousers ordered. They are really good quality and wash and wash. Very pleased with service from Karrimor.”

“Living in Montana USA & finding your website by going to the Event fabric manufacture web site., was a good thing. I never would have thought I could find quality outdoor items cheaper from England by 50%. Including shipping. “I still have not received my order after ordering last Sunday n the delivery tracking said it had only just been picked up. No phone number to call customer services. I could have ordered coat from Amazon for same price but wanted to buy direct from you... Wish I had ordered with Amazon now. Hope it arrives before christmas”
