“Your website causes problems with multiple colour options - I am aware how it works but I still managed to order BLACK and not PURPLE for my wife so I got stick for that. However, once ordered it was no problem. Most times the goods arrived on time and well packaged - the way they should be. In fact the last minute Xmas shop was delivered within 2 days of ordering - excellent - repeat that service as standard and it can become gold standard. The products I bought have been well received and of excellent design & quality. One complaint the Event jacket pockets are difficult to unzip with just one hand. Hopefully that will ease with time.”

“I was very impressed with my direct purchase from Karrimore. I have had the same boots and size previously so I knew they would fit. I have quite broad feet so I have to buy a size larger in these boots. I originally tried on about 5 pairs in a shop before finding a boot that fitted so I would not recommend buying boots unless you know for sure that they will fit you. I was very pleased with my purchase. The price and delivery were spot on. In fact I may well order another pair ready for when I need them. Excellent.”

“I was very pleased with my order, but unfortunately the security tag was left on the jacket, I e-mailed to see what to do but three days later I am still waiting for a reply. I ordered on line to save myself some time, but that didn't work out as I will have to try and get someone to take the security tag off or wait until after Christmas to return it, - daughters Christmas ruined”

“I bought a sport shoes for rupees 23 euros. look and colour is good. One problem is ...am not feeling comfortable with right leg. Initially i thought shoe sole was bigger and i tried by trimming the sole for the shape of the shoe. But still the problem is there.. My right shoe is not comfortable as left shoe..I think some manufacturing error.. As I was busy after ordering the shoe and i tried or wore only after 1 month of delivery, now i am not able to return also.”
