“Purchasing was easy, delivery was swift and all at a good price. Product itself was good, but the UK13 was smaller than I am use to and does not fit unfortunately. All and all a good product and service offering.”

“I have had a problem with the delivery address (in France) , when I clicked onto 'search for address' Rue de la Gare came up and I corrected it to Raynal Haut . But when I received my confirmation email Rue de la Gare was down as the delivery address. I sent 2 emails to you but only received a reply several days later, and the courier had been contacted. I also sent an email to DHL , but I received a phone call from the driver yesterday - asking me where could he leave the parcel in Saint Antonin (the town 5 k distant ) which was not suitable for me, eventually he said he would deliver today - fingers crossed ! Sorry about the long saga, but it would have been really useful to have a contact phone number so that the delivery address could have been rectified as soon as I noticed it. If all else fails I will reorder as I need the sandals for atrip in the New Year.”
