“Had a problem with the Karrimor alpine stove, Which was sorted out by returning via free post label I was sent via email and full refund was issued very quickly, Including p&p, So well pleased with aftersales customer service! Was offered a replacement but product was further reduced so just placed another order and am pleased with dealing with this company!”

“I have bought many times from karrimor. There things are great ,worth much more than they sell it. There quality is very good. I recommend it to everyone . Just one fault , they must fix little their cooperation with the shipping, to delivery faster. Its not there fault but they can resolve it somehow.”

“Good and very quick service and delivery. The goods (walking boots) were as described, well packaged and the correct size. My one minor complaint was the free gift (a Sports Direct mug) was huge - a smaller one would be nice.”

“Product very good and as described. However, usage of courier company that required me to sit at home for four hours on Saturday morning awaiting delivery is not ideal. Could a delivery option to make "signed for" delivery optional rather than mandatory be implemented?”
