“I am perfectly happy with your products and the value for money they represent. I have been buying Karrimor products for more than 30 years, with great satisfaction. The only problems this time were: The delivery: I paid a premium charge for next-day delivery. The products did not arrive on that day. I received a text message " we tried to deliver your parcel, sorry we missed you" having been in all day, with a working doorbell, and perfect hearing; my email to Karrimor raising these points was acknowledged but not answered. My parcel arrived the next day. Please arrange for a refund of the premium charge. Robin Dance.”

“Was a little irritated with the service. I ordered the wrong colour bag. Was told I could exchange it at a sports direct. The exact same bag was more expensive at the sports direct and they weren't willing to price match, despite owning karrimor! After being pleased about the value of the original product I was disappointed to have to pay more.”

“My only criticism comes in the form of "sports direct". The shoes I ordered arrived a couple of days early which I was pleased with, but unfortunately, I had to pay for the delivery and being sports direct, they used Yodel who I would use cautiously due to their track record. However, I am thoroughly pleased with my walking shoes. They were tight to begin with but a day into wearing them and they are like slippers! Nice fit, bouncy sole and good grip. I walk a lot so I wanted something that could take it and not hurt my feet (as previous flat soled trainers had). These are perfect! Hopefully they will last a good while. The materials seem sturdy enough and the vibram soles are always a good choice. Considering the cost of rival brands, I have to question why they are so expensive when my shoes are perfectly good. Karrimor... you've won me over!”

“My husband and I have just trekked for over two weeks in Uganda - we climbed Mount Sabinyo and sat with mountain gorillas. We trudged through mud, slithered down ravines and camped every night in a different place. Thank you Karrimor for being with us every step of the way! Our Karrimor wheely holdalls were light - could be wheeled when necessary or even put on our backs when our tents were up steep slopes, our clothing was all Karrimor - even our lovely warm jackets for the drizzly times when it didnt stop raining. Goods were reasonably priced, all excellent quality, speedily delivered and kept us warm, dry and safe. We are trekking again next year - and if we need anything else we will go to Karrimor as we know how good their stuff is.”

“Don't buy - do so at your peril. Received sandals which had the security cable tag still attached which was removed with a great deal of effort only then to find that the loop for the front strap on the left sandal was completely missing making the sandals completely useless. This missing loop should be sewn into the sandal as it was on the right sandal. Absolutely appalling quality and service. Now they want me to return the items and pay for the postage!”

“Contacted your customer services regarding the ruck sack no reply what so ever. Will now have to take up the outstanding issue with credit card company would not recommend dealing with Karrimor which I beleive is a part of Sports Direct”

“Still not received my parcel despite using the tracking number and having several conversations on live chat. Just told to wait in the next day and so on. There is a limit to how many days i can remain indoors. I have work to attend too”
