“First of all the shipment - the shipment came to me within two days only from England to my home in Israel, it's the fastest service I got ever. Second, the shoes are quality, were of amazing quality, beautiful, the right size and the lowest price I found.”

“The trainers I ordered were really lovely but I do feel the sizing is a bit off. I have worn a size 5 shoe/trainer for the last 30 years, so obviously I ordered a size 5 sadly they were too small ! So had to go back”

“Paid for the next day delivery because I needed the walking boots I had ordered in a hurry - great, arrived as promised. Lovely boots, more or less the same as the Karrimor boots that I was replacing after 12 years of wear. Great boots, good fit, excellent price. Thank you.”

“Ordered Karrimor Ravine WT Snr73 Black because they were advertised as waterproof. They are totally unsuitable for walking in wet grass. I always end up with wet feet and am really disappointed with these shoes.”

“I have 4 pairs of trekking sandals and a pair of sheepskin boots they are all comfortable and hard wearing. If you get them in the sales it is even better.”

“Sadly not happy with quality of shoe. Am returning as they appear to be either old stock or pre worn? Only came with tissue in one shoe and labels on inside of shoe were distorted as if foot had rubbed them off. Velcro fastenings also very loose.”

“The strap broke on my son's new sandals as soon as he tried them on and when I looked into returning them, I find out that I am expected to pay the return postage - after having to pay £4.99 to have them returned. Unfortunately there is no way of me speaking to anyone at Karrimor about this so I tweeted Karrimor but 22 hours later I have had no reply. Thankfully your email just arrived enquiring about my purchase so I hope to get some results.”
