“Order came promptly. Unfortunately the item I ordered did not fit so need to return it. No invoice note in bag, so unsure how to do this. Have sent an email to karrimor to ask what the procedure is on returning items. Have had an email from customer service advising me that they have received my email and should get an answer to me in the next 3 days.... not a great result. So am waiting now for a follow up email.”

“I paid extra to guarantee delivery of my products for Wednesday 19th July so that I would have them for this weekend. It's now Friday 21st July and they still have not been delivered.”

“Item was ordered on 13 July. Its now 20 July and still not arrived. Seller uses Hermes. They are rubbish and say attempted delivery when they have not. Goods returned to depot. No card left either so no proof they actually called. Delivery to an office open from 8am to 5.15 pm. shows as failed even in these hours!! Hermes have been told bit ignore. What to do? Never buy from anyone that uses Hermes. Buying was easy and quickly dispatched. Wish goods would arrive....”

“I purchased a T shirt and a pair of short. The T shirt was great but the shorts have a gaping hole in one of the pockets and poor stitching. I purchased these shorts as i need pockets in shorts when running”

“I was originally ecstatic as I have a much loved pair of Karrimor bowfell boots that I am forever wearing but are wearing out now. Unfortunately I didn't realise that despite them having the same name the design has changed - I bought 3 pairs and don't like them as much :(”

“walking shoes (size 11) smaller than previously bought (ordered on line due to previous experience over years so my size should fit!). Also walking sandals delivered not the sandals ordered - advertised with a soft sole but actually hard plastic. Price paid different to that on the box. Offered 'credit note' minus postage cost, despite unhappiness with the products (both) or having to post and apply for refund. all in all, 15 years buying Karrimor but likely last time. Principally quality reduced (size for one not accurate) and service purposefully obstructive.”

“I order two pairs of socks at £5.98 each and was charged correctly £11.96 but the socks came with a HUGE Sports Direct sticker saying but two for £9..... I think it is disgraceful that Karrimor didn't charge me £9.00.”
