“After previously buying a jacket from Karrimor, which was a large size and fitted me well, I ordered a K100 Tower Parka advertised in an email from Karrimor in their sale. The information stated that you should order your correct size as they were made to correct sizes so I ordered a large one. It was to small so I sent it back for a refund. I had to pay postage which was over£11 . I had also payed delivery charges of £4.99 . It's a mistake I won't make again !”

“Everything was fine with the order and on the website, but I found our later that Karrimor is the same company as SportsDirect and before I bought on Karrimor, I contacted SportsDirect several times with a question about a potential purchase (which I then made through Karrimor website instead of SportsDirect) and never got a reply, which I find very bad for a company. If I knew Karrimor was the same company, I'm not sure I'd make the purchase.”

“im happy that the order was sent out quickly and was tracked all the way. I'm not happy that there is no sales receipt in the parcel, please could you send one. There is no option on your problem solving list to just put my point across, perhaps you could put this option in future also a contact phone number. I love your sandals (this is my 2nd pair) and would like to order more in future. Also I have recommended them to several friends.”
