“I ordered walking sandals, they are sooo comfortable and light, and arrived within 24 hrs of ordering!”

“Trainers are very comfy but the quality of them lets them down as they wear out very quickly. 4 weeks wearing every day and they have usually had it. Trainers always arrive very quickly I got mine for £30 they say the rrp is £70 but that must me Made up as £70 would get you high quality other brands and not these that fall apart so quickly.”

“Half and half some foods excellent some wrong. Ordered two pairs 6.5 trainers one pair fits beautifully as I expected as that is the size I take in all shoes, the other "pair" are not a pair, one is bigger than a 6.5 and one is quite obviously nowhere near that size, I then noticed the label with the size in each shoe was stuck over an original size label on peeling the corner back one shoe is size 7.5 and the other is shown as a 5 which probably explains why I could not get it on! Annoyed at the fact that I have to bear the cost of returning goods that are not as advertised or expected had they been the correct size I would have been keeping them”

“Bad design . Awful design. Appalling design. I already have 2 pairs of the predecessor fell runners and they're the most comfortable trainers I've ever had. The new ones have a piece of elastic joining the side of the tongue to the sole of the shoe resulting in a very tight fit no matter how loose the laces are. I won't buy anoter pair of karrimors online again.”

“Delivery company Hermes are terrible. Says on the website they tried to deliver at my work place at 4.45pm but never did. Therefore paid extra for next day delivery only to have it delivered the day after. Not happy!”

“Prompt delivery, yesterday. I wore the antibes sandals the same afternoon on grass, rocks and sand and briefly in the sea. Very comfortable and did not slip on feet or ground. Too early to comment on how long they last!”

“The wrong jacket was sent to me. It had the same code as the jacket I ordered. I read your returns policy and it didn't look as if I would receive both delivery costs back, as it was a mistake by your warehouse staff. I can see why there would be a mistake with both jackets,having the same code. I have decided to keep the wrong jacket as I don't want to pay return postage.”

“The trekking poles I bought from you broken after first few use. I used them on my hiking expedition in Tigers Leaping Gorge and only on the third day, it broke. I would like to know whats wrong with your product.”

“I have had my previous pair of Karrimor Skido since 2013 when I bought them for a hike up Ben Nevis for charity and they are still going strong but have been relegated to yard boots to do my horses in now! So I was so pleased to find the same model still for sale on line and I they were delivered quickly after ordering and they are gorgeous cant wait to break them in and have lots if adventures on them. Only reason its only 4 out of 5 is that Hermes did not get a signature for them (even though their message said they did) and just left them outside my back door, thankfully they were still there when I got home.”
