“I ordered a Pre Sale rucksack for my niece's 21st birthday and was told it would be delivered on June 30th which was great. However I then received an e-mail telling me that it would be delayed until September 1st which was not acceptable. There was no option that I could find to cancel or change the order which seemed unreasonable given the fact that it was a two month delay. I was away on holiday at the time and communications were difficult so I decided to try and do something about it when I got home and in the meantime the rucksack turned up on June 30th as originally agreed. I don't know if the other e-mail was issued in error or what was going on. I was happy with the end result but didn't appreciate the agro.”

“The sandals arrived two days after the order at the given address. I'm wearing the same sandals every summer since three years and use them as water shoes in the sea too. They are very resiliant and comfortable. I intend to wear the new pair just as long. The sole us very good in shock absorbing. I can walk all day in these. Thanks very much”

“Customer Complaint 1) www.customercomplaintsorg )2 Karrimor. " My complaint is re SportsDirect one of your outlets. I bought Karrimor walking trousers XXL and they fit loose/well. So I then ordered from SportsDirect two marino tee shitrs XXXL ( both fine) and a pair of shorts HotrockshortSn73marine XXL. These shorts are labelled incorrectly as the waist is a full 4" or 10 Cm shorter than the Karrimor XXL walking trousers. I can barely get them above my knees. Rather than help with sorting out the problem Sports direct are giving me the run-around saying I need to send them a photo. I have suggested that they already know perfectly well what an XXL label looks like but have not heard from them since. If one is labelled wrongly, then you might have s batch of them.
