“So far, Poorly, unlike every other time I've used you. I cannot find single user friendly contact point to quickly get my delivery sorted, all noreply emails! My order ref no. is KARR40000037275478, My order has not yet been delivered. The Hermes tracking service indicates, delivery was attempted 3 times on 4/07/17. And to contact you. No attempt to contact me has been made.. Can you request them to leave it in the porch of delivery address, on next delivery attempt, like every other delivery I've had from you. Thanks, R Ferdinando”

“Quality of product was poor. Seams were rucked where trouser leg zipped off. Didn't fit . Too baggy and long they didnt sit well at the waist.”
