The product was fine, but when it arrived it had a 50% discount tag attached. I paid full price, therefore under consumer law I should be refunded 50% of the cost. Please contact me regarding this issue at ecneill@gmail.com. Thank you.

take the sale tag off when you deliver an item to someone who has just paid full price - it doesn't make the customer feel great!

Bought rubber ends for my walking poles. Advertised as 5.99 but the product arrived with a 50% off 2.99 sticker on it.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers. I was told they were dispatched 7 days ago, they still haven't been delivered.

Received an item that had a much lower price tag that what I paid. Was told by customer services they would not refund the difference. At least get rid of the sale tags on your items before you send them to customers that buy them online.

Placed the order Sunday 28th April then discovered that the same product was available from Sports Direct for half the price. Emailed and asked to cancel within an hour of placing the order but even though the order had not been picked it was apparently not possible to not send the boots on a round trip to Feltham and back to you. Subsequently found that Karrimor is owned by Sports Direct and that the returned boots are to be returned to Sports Direct Customer Returns. I accept it is my fault for not finding out the half price offer before placing the order but it certainly leaves a bad impression of the company when this sort of thing happens. Will be returning the boots under Distance Selling Regulations within the 2 week cooling of period for a full refund.

Ordering was fine and easy but after paying full price for an item I get sent the item with a 50% on sale sticker on! However customer service didn’t think this was poor customer experience and didn’t offer to honour this discount. Disappointing.

My new boots were very comfortable,but Hardly worn my karrimor walking boots and they split, took them back to sports direct who said cannot do anything cos I hadent got my receipt. Very disapointed, next time will just buy cheaper ones

Why are you asking me to review an item I still have not received? I ordered and paid on 11th Feb from Karrimor but turned out to be Sports Direct. Item was due in on 12th Feb but then had an email saying you would not have in stock until 22nd March. Then another email on 11th Mar saying order was being processed by Hermes. Then another on 13th March saying order was being collected. Still no delivery.

Despite paying extra time receive trainers on 11th March , it's now 13th and still not received them. Very disappointing.

Items ordered were delivered in good time. However when pack opened I discovered each item had been reduced by £2. A sales sticker was attached to all three items showing a reduced price of 99p. Should my order total have been reduced by £6?

Love karrimor running tops. But as they’re owned by sports direct the service is shocking. £5 delivery even to stores, and very slow dispatch. It’s a shame

Purchased items via Sports Direct, paid full price only to receive the items with 50% off stickers and new reduced prices on them! Asked for a refund of the difference but no joy! - Poor customer service from one of your main stockists.

The products were fine when they were finally delivered. However the courier service that Karrimor uses, Hermes was dishonest. One of the couriers sent a message saying that the goods had been signed for and delivered. when in fact the signature viewed online was definitely not mine and at that point the goods had not been received as well. The goods did arrive the next day when the family were in and were just put outside.

Delivery was promised on 27 October but was not delivered until several days later. DPD emailed to confirm the delay. I ordered my footwear directly from Karrimor and paid £124.99 plus 7.99 delivery - total £132.98. The price displayed on the box when delivered was £114.99 . That is a rip off.
