Overseas buyer: Have sent previous enquiry which remains unanswered. Certainly doesn't inspire confidence.

The product is excellent but when it arrived the item had a sale label on it saying the price was reduced to £9. However, I was charged £26.99. I sent an email to the customer services but have had no reply. I could not find a phone number for customer services.

I bought my shoes online for approx £65. When I received them, there was a huge pink sticker on the box saying they were now £32.99. I am furious that this saving was never passed on to me, and am considering reporting this to Trading Standards as I am not sure this is legal.

Was told delivery would be Wednesday then told Friday then asked to write this review before I've even been told I can collect my purchase or sent my collection pass (although DPD tracking says it's been delivered 5 hrs ago?)

The products arrived as ordered and when expected, however the packaging had labels indicating a price reduction of 50%. I contacted customer services by email who basically fobbed me off with no offer of any refund. If I had known which store had stock I could have bought these items at half the price I paid for a web purchase. The response I got from customer services was not surprising just disappointing and poor customer relations and hence PR. I will consider this service level when making future purchases and as a consumer I have the ultimate choice on where I shop. I recently had exemplary customer service from a different supplier and I do not hesitate to recommend usage of that company, however I would not particularly recommend Karrimor. While customer services have a line to follow in this case a little consideration to the customer would have been in order as this purchase just "left a bad taste"

I have a couple of pairs of xlite leggings which I love but these are a thin version. Should have know as were cheaper than usual.

My good arrived marked half price meaning that I paid over £60 more for them than was correct at time of sale. Itchen spent several hours trying to contact you. My query wasn't relevant for your standard tick box answers so I tried sending an email which was returned with a German message which I think said that it was not delivered. I could find no phone number on my invoice or Internet and have ended up sending a handwritten letter to your returns address but am not sure that it will reach the right department. Very frustrating and disappointing as I have always been happy with your company in the past.

Dispatch was fast however the courier you use delivered my order to the wrong house and when I contacted you regarding help I didn't receive a reply so I would like a refund.

Their courier Hermes are soul destroyingly awful. 4 days sitting in because tracker says due for delivery, to have no one turn up.

I have worn the running capris I bought twice so far and the stitching on the seams down the legs have started coming undone. The seams are still attatched but I didn't expect this after 2 uses. I have used karrimor before and usually would expect better quality than this.

Orders walking shoes from you before no problems. This time I paid full price online which is fine but they arrived with a 50% off sticker. I’ve emailed and sent tweets but no response. I feel I should receive the discount back

You cancelled part of my order as it was out of stock and didn't give me the option to cancel the rest or change the order. It cost me £6 for delivery so I wanted to make that worthwhile by ordering two pairs of running tights. If you're going to change an order you should let customers know. Also, I wasn't aware that this comes from sports direct not Karrimor. I wouldn't have ordered online if I'd have known this. The product is very good I have no issues with that.

The ordering process is ridiculous. You get a confirmation of making an order but, it doesn't mean the order is processed. About a week or so after making an order, I still hadn't received a confirmation that the order would be processed. I had to follow up with customer service and a couple of working days after I sent that email my order was processed. I feel that if I had not sent an email asking when my order would be processed, it would still be sitting there. Before this is blamed on lack of staff because of not being able to use zero-hour contract labour - it has nothing to do with this. It is not because of labour issues, it is because you need better logistics and organisation and you need to invest in this.

You sent the sandals with the security tags still attached and it took me 35 mins and every kitchen implement I could find to get them off!

I was happy with my jacket it’s a great fit and warm but after taken tags off today I notice two small holes on the back of jacket before I put it on this afternoon I am bit disappointed and wondering why a new jacket been sent out like this and is there anything you can do about it please many thanks Andy Please email if anything can be done
