The delivery is very very expensive. Why? Also I wrote an email that I would like to add something to the order after a few hours but there was no response. Even after a few days :-(

The quality of the clothes were very good but the sizes we ordered on some clothes differed hugely even though they were labelled the same size. I also can’t understand why clothes can not be returned in store to sports direct rather than having to pay £16 to return the clothes back to sportsdirect.

Before I bought the jackets, I read though the size chart and measure to ensure it fit. However it is too large for me and can’t wear finally.

I have received my item with the clip broke so I'm going to have to sew it as I don't have the time to return the item... I've brought it to travel with and go away soon so quite disappointed 😣

The security tag had forgotten on the ladies jacket...I spend the weekend wandering in many shops asking to remove the tag and prove that it was not stolen.

This request is a little premature. My goods have not been delivered yet and I have no idea when the delivery date will be and it seems no way of finding out. It seems I will need to contact Hermes but have no idea how. So currently I am not very happy. :-(

One of the items is out of stock and the order is canceled. However, there is no arrangement for refund even I have asked.

I am still waiting to receive items. It stated they were being delivered to the ParcelShop drop off twice and then the system updated that to STILL ON ROUTE. Useless, wouldn’t use again.

The Karrimor snow boot right hand side has a manufacturing in the heel. There is no support under the inner sole which makes ir squishy walking. This is the second pair to have this fault. We are returning this pair.

I ordered a jacket on Friday with express delivery. I live quite close to the UK. It is now Wednesday and the tracking page has shown no changes. Item still shown in Leeds.

My order was shipped my Sport Direct, and I have exchanged 4 or 5 emails with them trying to resolve the situation. Their customer service is truly appalling, in all honesty. The gist of what I said was this: I bought my first Karrimor bag (20L) well over 7 years ago and it served me well. Eventually both zippers broke and it was time to get a new one - I was, overall, extremely happy with that one and ordered a 30L backpack this time, to be delivered to me in Ukraine. Even with the high shipping costs, I wanted a good, durable, reliable bag and didn't mind paying more for shipping. Unfortunately this bag was nowhere near as reliable as my last one. Immediately, the zippers started getting caught on the inner lining and just opening and closing the bag was difficult. After just a couple of weeks, the first zipper broke, and the condition of the bag is pretty rough - the inner lining around the zipper area is already frayed and in bad shape. This bag was delivered in mid-September, and within just a few weeks it was already hard to use. I sent photos of my old bag - the lining is still in great shape - compared to my new one to Sports Direct and they said they could do nothing about, claiming it was due to 'excessive force'. When I responded again, they merely repeated the same excuse, without answering any of my questions. Furthermore, every email took up to a week for them to respond, and the responses were short and curt. I told them that I wasn't going to send my bag back to the UK because the postal service here is not dependable at all, and it would probably end up costing me more to post it back to the UK than to just buy a new rucksack here. Suffice to say, I am far from satisfied, as my bag is barely usable at the moment. Kind regards, Daniel Puzzo

Shocking service. If I'd known that Sports Direct were involved I wouldn't have bothered. Item ordered and paid for on 5th November and after a number of emails to and from Sports Direct, the emails were complete nonsense firstly stating the item was with the carrier, then the item was lost in transit then they owned up that the item never left their store and eventually stated the size I ordered was not in stock. I raised a dispute through PayPal and got my money back 2.5 weeks later.

Difficult to make a review of the service at the moment as I am still awaiting the delivery to Field and Trek in Guildford of the goods ordered several days ago. We did go into the shop on Saturday, to check but nothing had been delivered by Karrimor. We hope this will happen very shortly!

Are you up to scratch? Well, honestly, no. Your website was easy and convenient to use, and I was informed in good time that my order would be delivered via cs@sportsdirect.com. I then received a message and email from Hermes couriers (donotreply@hermesparcelmanager.co.uk) on Friday 17 November at 11.27, "You can view the full tracking history of your parcel". However, on clicking the link, it informed me only that at "10.50 Status: Due to be delivered today". It's now 15.55 and nothing has been delivered so far. I now have a very low opinion of your courier's 'full tracking history', having wasted a day waiting in for the parcel. Not very impressed.

Boots great, jacket Ld00 women 3in1- very poor fit, hangs like a sack, so will return. Karrimor you usually do better
