I am hearbroken - a fabulous jacket but unfortunately the fit wasnt any good. Too tight across shoulder and the arms were far too long. Had to return it today. I ordered the 4xl - to give me a little extra room for my forthcoming winter holiday - the 3xl I currently own fits a lot better.

When I was ordering, ntohing was said about using Hermes for delivery. This company does not allow you to add a note giving alternative arrangements if you're not in, such as leaving the package with a neighbour. They don't even pay their deliverers if the person is not in. If you used Royal Mail, I would receive a note to pick up the package from the parcel office, The delivery has failed and I've received no informatioon about what happens now.

Product fine but sizes all over th place. I have other Karrimor products in smaller sizes that are larger than the bigger size I ordered Also, more annoying - everything came from sports direct. I purposely didn’t purchase from SD as I don’t like their returns policy. Almost verging on advertising breach

Unfortunately the shoes I ordered are too small. They are a different style to the ones I have bought before from you. What has made me cross is that even though I did click and collect from the Norwich longwater store the paperwork says I will have to pay postage to return them and get a refund. Also it turns out the socks would have been cheaper on store. So all in all I am not happy with any of my purchases and very u happy with your returns policy.

Item that arrived was faulty - unable to undo the zip to even try the item on, so have no idea if it even fits. Have had to pay £4.40 postage to return the item (on top of the £4.99 originally paid) - have asked for an exchange, but if the exchange is unacceptable (when it arrives) I presumably will have to pay yet more postage to return again, meaning I could pay up to £15 postage for nothing. Will be taking advice from CAB

The zip was faulty and the reflective strip at the side of the zip was damaged

The T shirts were acceptable but the walking sandals were poor quality and would have rubbed my feet with wear. I am returning these but can't take it back to Sports Direct where I picked it up as I have with other suppliers, but have to send it by post and REGISTERED is recommended (even more expensive). I intend to send it recorded delivery and shall be most upset if I am told that it didn't arrive.

Purchased item online to click and collect at local store. On the day I had a phone call from the courier - querying why it was being delivered to a shop - I confirmed correct as it was click and collect. However the shop (Johnsons Cleaners, Stockton Heath) wouldn't take the parcel as they said they only took them from DPD not Hermes. Driver rang me not knowing what to do - fortunately as I am only a mile away he agreed as a gesture of goodwill to deliver it direct to me.

poorly packaged, clothes falling out of bags and creased the courier company delivery man smokes heavily and clothes stunk of smoke not overly happy

the parcel tracking system was useless, courier attempted delivery during daylight working hours and posted a half completed note, the parcel disappeared after that with the courier not interested and referring our enquiries back to Karrimor. Full refund made on order ( in 2 parts as omitted to remit post and packing on first refund) Hermes are shockingly bad on delivery and customer enquiry service, wont use your service again as you dont have any options other than use Hermes for delivery!!

Very disappointed as jacket arrived with the security tag still on and even more disappointed with the reply that I received. Being told that I would get an answer in 1-3 days as they are busy is not good customer service.

I loved the jacket, however the fleece that I ordered was advertised as just black. When the fleece arrived it was black and purple: which I didn't really want.

I received an email to say the jacket I ordered would be at my chosen store on Wednesday, but when I went I they had not received it. So far I have not yet received an email to say my jacket has arrived. I was relying on this being at my chosen sports direct as it was a gift, which will now be too late to give on time. Plus I have had to pay £4.99 postage to go to my local store which is utter cheek. No other store I know of charges for click and collect service. It is frustrating to be told an item will be delivered on a particular day to then receive no notification and not have the item I have already paid for. Poor again by Sports Direct.

Order was split into two consignments one of which arrived OK the second of which appears to have been lost in space. The Hermes tracking system just lists this consignment as 'order placed'. So I have only half of the equipment ordered.

The products are good but the customer care is awful. I have sent 3 e-mails with the questions concerning me to sportsdirect (provided in your page) several weeks ago, but till now I dont get any feedback!
