“Great fit however, the pants are very see through! This means I have to wear a top to cover my bottom half as my under wear shoes through which isn’t great. This is a huge problem for women that should be fixed within the designs of gym clothing.”

“Thought I'd shop direct with Karrimor to support them during the pandemic crisis rather than go to a cheaper online option. Wish I hadn't. Ordering and delivery was problem free, but when my rucksack arrived it had a 50% discount label on it and I was charged full price. Feeling annoyed.”

“Quality of fabric very poor and see through, not ideal when doing exercise. Sizing not great either and items returned for a refund.”

“Although goods were delivered promptly, the 2 fleeces I ordered were charged at full price rather than the 2@£26.00 offer. I have emailed on this matter and am still waiting to hear.”

“I don't normally write reviews. I'm really happy with the product but I paid £79.99 and the box said 'sale £39.99' so I feel hard done by and that the company hasn't been honest!!”

“Product was good when delivered but charged £39.99 for sandals that when arrived had clearly already been marked down to £19.99 on the sandal and the box, no contact details on invoice regarding how to complain about this. Would like difference refunded please.”

“Quick delivery but very disappointed to see that the item purchased using a 10% discount, so was charged £66 for trainers, turned up in a box that showed it as being marked down to half price, £39.99, if I had gone through the outlet that sent the item instead of directly through karrimor. Unable to file complaint online regarding this as system keeps rejecting the form so have had to write a complaint & post it!”

“I really like Karrimor stuff. But this has been a bad purchasing experience. I ordered 2 for 1 which included £5 postage. One was out of stock, so they revised the order to 1 + £5 postage. I emailed them to say "just send me any two from the range". They said "no" and despatched the order. This is unacceptable customer service on two counts - firstly a failure to understand that adjusting an order to a customer's disadvantage is poor, and secondly, dealing curtly and wrongly with the customer when they write to suggest a solution. Poor job, Karrimor.”
