“Product (Ladies Tahoe Jacket) good. Delivery quick. Price very high. When I received the product (paid £90) it came with a ‘for sale’ tag on it priced at £45!! Which is it Karrimor? £90 or £45?”

“Sandals ordered were of a high standard. Delivery was quick and efficient. The sandals cost nearly £70 and this was debited from my credit card. However on arrival the box had a sale price of £70 on the box but no refund was offered.”

“Disappointed. Ordered shoes early Friday 20th. Paid extra, £6.99 to ensure delivery on following day, the 21st. Waited for promised email - nothing Parcel arrived this morning 23rd. To add insult to injury, the label displayed the words NEXT DAY. I'd like to be reimbursed the additional fee I paid for the delivery that didn't happen. Does anybody really read these reviews - or act upon the contents? I await developments.”

“Dear Karrimor staff, Thank you for the shipment, the goods reached me almost timely and in good condition. But to my dismay the prices, which on a Black Friday sale should be in their lowest, were actually higher than retail ones, as you may see on the attached picture. I would be happy to be reimbursed with the difference as pictured. If so I may consider giving a Very Good review, otherwise I don't think it will be appropriate. Sincerely, Sonya”

“Although the delivery service was prompt I was surprised to see the ticket on the product. Men's running gloves, for which I paid £9.99. The price ticket on the gloves when they arrived had a discount /sale price on them of £4.99. I feel strongly that I have been overcharged by £5 and wouls welcome a refund. “I specified to leave delivery with any neighbour, if no answer. My parcel was left behind a plant pot behind the door. What is the point of me leaving instructions if your delivery company ignores them???”

“The shoes turned up and look fine, well made and fit. However on the box was a sale sticker indicating the shoes were on offer at £27.99 as this was the displayed price I believe this is what I should have paid!”

“I think they forgot to put elastic in the waistband of the size 6 capris that I bought... I've since bought some size 8 and 10 ones in the same style in a store, and these are too big for me, but at least the waist can actually stretch to go over hips (which I don't know if they've noticed, tend to be larger than your waist). I don't know why the size 6s in this style are made differently to the other sizes (the ones in the store were also not able to stretch much at all), but I'm quite disappointed, as I have owned and loved a size 6 pair of Karrimor running capris for years and they're still going strong.”

“Order arrived clearly showing item being sold at 50% OFF - Sale price of £14.99. See photo attached. Raised with Customer Service Team who refused request for part refund (£15.00) - no good will or consideration shown. Had many items in the past but has put me off considering this product again.”

“The product may be good. However buying online is a bit of an expensive trip. Ordering was as easy as anything however when we ordered and paid by card we thought hey ho. Although everything was full price I was sure it was worth the expense. Then the goods arrived. All with labels at half price but I was charged full price. So if I had driven the 30 miles to the sports direct store I could have saved £70. I am sure that it will be put across that that is the pleasure of internet shopping but it will put me off using the website again.”

“I ordered a replacement pair for a style which I'd been very happy with and which wore out. This time the style was strangely changed, with hardly any profile into the arch of the foot. From above, the left and right shoes look identical in outline! Because of that and the additional padding around the ankle, they look and feel like magnified toddler shoes.”

“my fleeces cost me 35 quid or thereabouts - when they were delivered they had a 50% off sticker on them for 17.99 i felt you had ripped me off by 35 quid and will accept either a refund or another two fleeces please”

“Swift efficient delivery but when coat arrived sealed in its bag there was a 50% off(£69.99 down to £34.99) ticket attached to it. I wrote to your customer services asking for the difference to be refunded... they said no I have to pay the full price! At the very least do not send items out with these tickets on if you are not honouring!! Still feel it should be refunded!! Looking into this further! certainly will not order online again!!”
