“Brought 5 of the men's running tops, that were on offer, for my son to do hockey training in. He loves them, the fabric is great, keeps him cool, just as described, brilliant to wash and dry too. An excellent purchase at a steal of a price, especially with a fast growing 15 year old.”

“The shoes I ordered were delivered promptly and were a good price BUT although they were the size I usually wear (7/41) they were much too small and I have had to return them. I would have liked to order the next size up but according to the website 7/41 is the largest available so I am not a happy customer.”

“I paid for next day delivery and it didn't get delivered on time before I left for my trip where I needed the shoes! I've already wrote a complaint on your website, but it seems to be ignored. You're keen to charge people for delivery quite hefty, but not with the service :(”

“Item great, however paid for next day delivery, did not arrive until 2 days later. Emails to Karrimor re refund of delivery charge so far ignored & no telephone number anywhere to be found. Bad customer service.”

“Great jacket, new condition with swing tags, unfortunately the security tag was still in place on the bottom of the jacket too. I eventually got it off with some aviation snips. Come on Karrimor be a bit more attentive.”
