“items very cheap but wrong size sent. ordered small but received a medium (in "small" plastic packaging)...sports direct said couldn't have refund would have to pay return postage!!”

“I don't know the story about Karrimor. I think they make good products and have been very successful. Unfortunately, I think the company was taken over by another company called SportsDirect. SportsDirect wanted to be as successful as Karrimor, but it is never going to happen as long as they treat their customers, the way they do. Recently I place an order for over £400 at Karrimor. After I received the order confirmation mail from SportsDirect, I realized I had made a mistake and ordered 2 of the same item instead of only one. It is of course my own fault, and I sent a mail to SportsDirect right away, and asked them to change my order. The first reply, I received, was an automated mail from SportsDirect telling me they had received my mail, and it will take 2-3 days to process my mail. A couple of days later I received another mail from SportsDirest telling me, my order had now been collected by their carrier. Later, the same day, I received a mail again from SportsDirect telling me, they could unfortunately not change my order, since it had already been collected by their carrier, and I could return the items at my own cost. I'm located in Denmark, where everything is very expensive, and the shipping fee for sending back the item I don't want back to the UK, is probably much higher than the value of the item. Well, isn't that interesting, they finally got to my mail to ask them to change my order right after, the order had actually been actually collected by their carrier. In my book that is pure BS. They don't want to deal with changes to orders, so they on purpose delay the reply, till the order has been collected by their carrier. I have already expressed my dismay with their customer service. It is best described by the image of an extended middle finger.”

“I paid for next day postage , ordered and received confirmation before 7pm . Stayed in all the next day and nothing came. Items arrived the day after. Have sent several emails and just getting a standard reply instead of reading my email.”

“The shoes I ordered came pretty fast in store. I picked them up and everything was fine. Shoes are looking great as model but one of them is slightly lighter than the oter one, probably because was used for presentation in store. I can live with that though.”
