“Very happy with my new Sabre 45l, when it first arrived it was so small and compressed I couldn't believe it was really a 45l but was then overjoyed at the amount of stuff I could fit in there when I opened it up. I have only taken it on a 3 day hike so far so can't comment on the long-term durability of the bag but so far it's an absoulute pleasure to use; super comfy when hiking long distances, so many ways to clip things to the outside of the bag and, while it's not too important for hiking, there's no way anyone could get into any of the bag's compartments while it's on your back so it's pretty safe-proof against pickpockets. There were a couple of things which didn't work too well for me, one of which being the foam pad which dug into my lower back and became quite uncomfortable. Not a problem though as all I had to do was remove the pad but just something to consider. Also, being quite a small build (I'm roughly 5'4'' and very skinny) I found the waist strap was a little too short even when fully tightened. I've had this problem before though and I realise the backpack was designed for somebody a bit thicker than me so can't really complain. The last thing was that, even though I love the little strap holders, being such a small build and having most of the straps fully tightened meant that there was still a lot of loose, strappy stuff dangling about. All in all though, fantastic bag and for someone with a bit more girth than me, it'd be a worthwhile investment to say the least.”

“I had to send my Karromor D30 Excel Trainers back as they were faulty ! Looked like the soles had been glued on & we're coming unstuck at the very top end of the shoes (toe area) . I was very disappointed as this was the first time ordering on line , think I prefer to see what I am buying first as I had to do the return & pay more money out ! Surely not all trail shoe soles are glued on ??????”

“Only one QuestioN, where is my order?? I suppose to receive my parcel 2 days ago Cuz it was 1 day first class delivery so what's the point to pay more for first class delivery and also today evening I'll go to holiday and these shoes that I orde were gift for my nephew. I'm not happy with you.”

“I received the 45 L patrol. This is my third Karrimor SF pack, and they are all top notch. They are well made, a simple design that works, and easy on the back even with a load. My only complaint is the belt, I wish it was like my 75L SF. Thanks for a great bag.”

“Product good Paid for 1 day delivery last Tuesday - had not arrived when we left for walking trip at 2.30 p.m. on Friday. Apparently in Southampton depot early Thursday morning. I feel a refund of the one-day delivery surcharge is in order.”

“Bought 6 pairs; 3 for me, 1 for daughter, 2 for grandsons. All are brilliant! So comfortable, great soles, infinitely adjustable and look good to boot. Fast delivery and really good prices. “Delivery was fine, the product was a bit disappointing. I bought the Karrimor Urban jacket. The zips on the side pockets have toggles to aid the person using them but the zips on the chest pockets don't have toggles and are very small. A person in poor weather would likely to be wearing gloves would find the zips almost impossible to use.”
