“Expected British Company British goods but foreign and faulty. Stitching on hood zip ran over the flap. One jacket had the security button still attached underarm, trousers massively too wide, comical even, trainers clumsy looking and not as seen in online store. No customer service telephone number to speak with anyone so will have to return all goods and pay nearly £7 for the privilege of finding out all of this. Will never shop online again with Karrimor.”

“Bought a large trolley Bag with a view to taking my ski gear abroad. It is too flimsy to bear the weight of all of my gear and boots etc. Not nearly the quality of the more expensive rucksack i bought earlier in the year.”

“This is my second pair of Karrimor snowboots. The first pair were extremely durable and very warm. They are also a lot more waterproof than normal walking boots, which I find leak whatever brand I buy. I tend to wear these more or less every day in the winter for dog-walking and so far have no real complaints. For the price they are very good.”

“Delivery on time, of products that I had ordered, at a 50% reduction, which included the Karrimor Xlite insole, which will replace the pair that protected my feet last autumn when I walked the 290 mile Pennine Way, wearing Karrimor boots. Which I have also just replaced with a new pair of Karrimor Orkney lll boots, even though their predecessors are still in use after many long and shorter walks, but are now used for gardening purposes only.”
