“Bags is good, although one of the zip cords fell off on the first trip. Delivery was poor, paying for next day delivery should be the next day, not 2 days! It missed the trip.”

“Checked the trainers in store for size, colour etc but the last pair in my size were damaged. The lad kindly wrote the unit number, I went home & ordered online & they were £22.00 cheaper than in store! Bargain! Have worn them a few times & they are very comfortable.”

“Parcel arrived on time. Well packaged. The Salina sandals fit very well. I am a size 5.5, these are size 6 and feel very secure on my foot. They are comfortable and light and feminine. I am very happy with the Karrimor Urban 30 Rucsac.”

“The shoes were stained so bad that I had to take them back to my nearest shop which is seven miles away which caused me great inconvenience. Luckily they had a replacement pair. Surely these should have been checked before they were sent out.”

“Product is good value and decent quality. Shipping costs are however ridiculous - £4.99 for a 5 day delivery is very poor and far behind competitors which makes overall service less attractive.”
