“The walking boots arrived promptly and look fine. A drawback was that only one of them had a lace in it, so not much use at present. I emailed customer services yesterday morning and await a reply. Happy to review this rating if they deal with my query, as everything else is fine.”

“Good. But today I receive from DHL Express a notification of my buying with a quantity to pay that I am not doing. Really I am very dissagry with this. I want to believe there is a mistake. “Fantastic service, decided to collect my purchase from a store near me, I was kept informed by e mail all the time and it was delivered earlier than expected. Packaging was excellent and clear paperwork inside for invoice and clear instruction for returns, not that I needed that as the sandals I had ordered were perfect fit and quality.”

“I was really looking forward to receiving my karrimor backpack but due to Yodel delivery service I probably never will. I did contact karrimor about that but just received an automated reply which was disappointing. Hopefully one day I'll be able to actually get my backpack.”

“Collected trainers ok put them on and one of the lace loops pulled straight of. will now have to return them for a replacement. Have been wearing your trainers for 7 years now and the quality of these one seem to be very poor. Am very disappointed.”

“Very good service. The only problems i did have was the lack of comunication about when my parcel would arrive. The email about the dispatch of my items came after the items had been delivered. Also one of the pairs of boots had a security tag still on them, but as they were needed for the day we received them we removed it ourselves.”

“Online shop was easy to navigate once I was there and price was good. However, I was not sure who I was buying from at one point having been bounced around through two seemingly different retailers. Postage was frustratingly slow due to Yodel refusing to leave the parcel as a signature was required despite writing a waiver and signing it..... Ended up driving 40 mile round trip to collect the trainers. Great trainers by the way, just won't be using online option again.”
