“Nothing against Karrimor whose stuff has always been really good but delivery service is abysmal! According to the Yodel tracking number, my order was due to be delivered on or before the 16th! I stayed in all day, no sign of my order. I checked the tracking number again at 6 o'clock last night, still said same delivery details. This morning the tracking site said it would be delivered within 72 hours of my parcel reaching their sorting office! I will not be ordering from this Karrimor website again! Shame.”

“Delivered spot on time, my new Leopard 65+5 rucksack was a fantastic 5% off, special offer. As expected, the quality of construction and light weight cannot be matched. This is my third Karrimor rucksack, my oldest is a Trig 30 Air Space purchased in 2004 and still in use over the Brecon Beacons every week, a most reliable sack. My second is an Urban 30, ideal of carrying my laptop PC, used every day and once again a reliable, well made and much loved item. Well done Karrimor !”

“I have several Karrimor items, some are many years old and still giving excellent service. I've recently bought what I've looking for, for a while, at a great price too. So good I've just ordered another pair of "Mens Stretch Trousers" in a different colour.”

“Not a speedy delivery service compared to other high st store who also I might add do not charge for delivery! Item came having purchased a similar karrimor item size is way too small, plus item had an old jjb security tag on it which staff said I would need to go to next or other shops and get them to take off security tag! Can you believe that!”

“Ordered a pair of laces wrong one's sent. also £1.29 for laces £4.99 for postage!!! Lucky I didn't order them special delivery! Still took nearly week! I did inform them the laces were wrong before they were sent but apparently can't stop it and no mention of the cost of normal delivery..laces fit in an envelope for goodness sake! I'm afraid to send them back as the cost of doing it will break me!! Think about it overall £10 postage for £1.29 refund or £15 to send me the correct laces..maybe?”
