“Superb product. Wore it , ran. Did what you'd expect a base layer to do . It wicked moisture well n kept me warm enough,but was half the price of some others. Well pleased so far. Is the old Karrimor back ? We'll see how it lasts but so far , great value for money.Good job guys.”

“Sleeping bag arrived faulty. No customer services number to call. Needed it to go on safari for my honeymoon so ordered express delivery - waste of £7 as I had to drive a 30 mile round trip to take it to sports direct, plus had to pay for parking. They wanted an extra £5 to swap it as price is different on karrimor website to their store price. There is no way of complaining about quality of items or service on karrimor website. Have had several poor quality items recently from Karrimor. Karrimor used to be a great brand but it's really gone downhill in the last 2 years. If it wasn't for needing the sleeping bag for the trip, I would have returned it and bought from a different brand.”

“The order seems to be processed quickly. I am an international customer, so I haven't received my order yet. My only problem was that I ordered the wrong size and realized that as soon as I confirmed my order and I tried to cancel it but I was told no changes could be made and the order couldn't be cancelled. Being as it was literally 10 seconds after I placed my order, I am very upset. I am now paying double for a pair of shoes in the correct size.”

“After receiving my order, it's clear why they offer some of their products at a budget price. In this case, the quality of the Axis Low mens walking shoes was very poor, with a lining that does not fit the shoe and would irritate the foot during use. The fact that I had to pay for delivery and pay again to return a low quality product is very disappointing. Will not be using Karrimor again.”

“Having spent a day in the Bakewell area of Derbyshire on Wednesday I found the ideal waterproof and weatherproof coat in the Karrimor Urban range only to find that none of the shops had the size I needed, nor were they available from their other stores. I looked at the Karrimor website on arrival back at base, found exactly what I wanted and immediately ordered. I had 2 emails that day and a third the next, Thursday, when I returned home to Cornwall informing me of progress. Friday lunchtime the coat arrived, perfectly packed, and shortly afterwards an email came to inform me it had been delivered just in case i hadn't received it. I am delighted with the coat (though, as yet, to be tested by the elements) and I congratulate Karrimor on a swift, excellent service! Well the Karrimor team!!! Janet Tomlinson”
