“I bought 2x 90l Karrimor Duffle bags which arrived with no retail packaging and were clearly shop soiled. They had shop labels on them (Sports Direct) and were also covered in dirt and marks and basically look second hand. If it hadn't been for the fact that i needed them to go away, i would have returned them for a refund. Apart from that the bags were just what i was after, but i will be very hesitant about buying from Karrimor (Sports Direct) again as the condition of the items clearly weren't appropriate for what should have been new items.”

“Good, easy to use and very clear website. Ordering simple and t&c's very clear ie delivery options and charges. My lovely new walking shoes arrived the next day as expected and are brilliant. My one small grouse is that I didn't received a confirmation email of my order and had to go through Paypal to ensure the order had been processed. But, apart from that, very good.”

“The whole process is smooth and the interface is user friendly. However, when i wanted to confirm the items before the final step, the confirmation page was opened on the original tab and luckily i was able to click go back to resume the check out process or i will have to type all the information again. It would be great if the confirmation page can be opened in a new window.”

“I have not received my package. It was awful that it took me so much time to FIND where my package is instead of GET my package. I have written hundreds of e-mail and have called tons of company to track my package, and the delivery companies were TERRIBLE that no one wants to take the responsibility of my missing item. I hope Karrimor will deal with the situation wisely and I should have been compensated for this situation which was time- and money- costing. I hope they can handle my case efficiently. (FYI, my order number is: KARR40000025381960, please deal with it.)”

“quick delivery to Ireland. Love my new running jacket but thankful to all the reviews as it is pinker than the picture but that's what i wanted as good for high vis evening runner .... also comment re sizing as i'm an 8 - 10 so opted for a size 10 and it's perfect for over running tops etc! very happy.”
