“Went to the outlets searching for a specific outdoor trekking pant . Thought they would be cheaper there . Tried on line same price . Only downfall postage and packing which I thought was expensive . Opted for the cheaper and product was delivered earlier than expected. Would be even more helpful if the staff at the outlets advised you to try on line. Otherwise as usual excellent product”

“I paid extra for quick postage, because I needed a bag urgently. I was sent the wrong item. Then told correct item was not in stock and could not be supplied. Just asked to send wrong item back. Massive inconvenience and not at all impressed with the service.”

“I have just received my jacket and I am indeed very disappointed. Although the purple amethyst pioneer model I ordered online was purple, I have actually been sent a black one which has some sort of sticky white stain on the front. I already have a black Karrimore jacket. It is precisely because I was impressed with the quality of the product that I wanted another in a different color! Now I am going to have to go through the whole palaver of returning it to you. I am truly shocked. I would have expected far better service from a company of your standing. “Very good service regarding ordering and delivery, but , on ordering a mans size 9 in a suede slip-on shoe far too tight , but it did fit my wife , she takes a size 7 , so she said she would have them for walking the dog ( I think I will be looking elsewhere for another pair )”

“The packaged arrived as expected (I choose express delivery and it arrived in one day). However, it was a bit damaged (shred) in the outside when arrived, but when I check the inside, all the stuffs are in a good shape and packed properly. It also looks exactly from what's stated in the website”
