“Items were really good quality thank you. The delivery company Yodel who were used to dispatch my order were diabolical, the service was worse than poor costing me my only day off from work.....and for this reason I will buy from elsewhere in future.”

“I had excellent response from the company all round , sadly one of my items was out of stock , I would use the pick up service again as I found a replacement in the pick up shop I hope it fits as its a gift.”

“Will not be using again. Although my product arrived earlier than i was told/expecting (was bought as a birthday gift) i'm appalled at the state of this "new" pair of trainers. The packaging was damaged & the trainers weren't packed tidy. The stitching on shoes os frayed, the is dried glue on view, the front of the one trainer is scuffed and there is black marks which are non-removable on the tongue. When emailed to complain & at the least request a replacement pair, i was offered a '£5 gift voucher as a gesture of good will IF i was willing to keep the product' ?! After discussing further I was told I will not be receiving a replacement pair & asked to return the item. I was not happy with the product & am not 100% satisfied with the service provides although it has been very prompt.”

“I don't usually give negative feedback, and I really don't enjoy doing so. I have had very good service from Karrimor in the past, however, in my most recent order I received the wrong item - by a long shot! I had ordered women's trainers, and received men's shoes. My order form stated the right pair of shoes whilst the box of shoes received were just completely different - someone clearly didn't pay any attention to what they were posting. It states in returning items that the customer is responsible for returns cost and postage, and whilst I understand this necessity if a customer changes their mind on an item ordered, I DO NOT feel it should be my responsibility to cover the cost from a mistake made by Karrimor. Thank you.”

“I ordered a pair of boots. They were delivered on time but had a fault - one of the speed eyelets had pulled out. I returned them, expecting a replacement pair, but I've been refunded the price of the boots only. That means I've paid for delivery both ways and have got no boots! A.”

“Unfortunately i ordered this a present for my sisters birthday. I ordered a small size 8 and you have sent a size 12. I can't see a contact number. Now i have to go out of my way and return it due to your error at a cost to myself and she won't get a present on time.”

“So impressed with the speedy delivery. Back pack is brilliant, however, have to say sizing of the jackets means I will have to give to my daughter, I am a size 12, ordered 14 because I know they are a snug fit but should have ordered a 16 so disappointed with the jacket but cant fault delivery or quality of goods.”

“bought a pair of boots and a pair of walking shoes both sized 7.5UK boots fitted fine, shoes were way too tight and cost me postage to return (other companies send you a pre-paid postage form) If 7.5 UK is a Standard size then either the shoes are wrongly labelled or Karrimor don't actually use a Standard and the sizing is just a rough estimate. I won't be buying through the post again unless there is a free returns policy Karrimor have not bothered to answer my letter”

“Bought two bra tops. Very good quality. They are on the small side so would advise a next size up. Only as the elastic around bottom is very tight, every where else fits perfect.”
