“The internet site was user friendly. The dispatch and delivery information timely. The experience of collection from Sportdirect, Kidderminster was poor/average. It would be better customer service if it were possible to collect in store, try the items and return items not suitable, immediately to the store. I was told I could leave the items I wished to return with the store but I could only have goods or a credit note. This I found unacceptable. Rohan, John Lewis and others large companies make provision for collect and return in store, perhaps Karrimor will do so in the near future. I like your sandal products and will continue to purchase from time to time, they are well designed and constructed.”

“Website was nicely laid out found all of the relevant product information very quickly. Website had no issues during use and loaded quickly even on my terrible work network. Delivery of the item was insanely fast. Overall a great shopping experience.”

“Not using the rucksack until July so am writing this based on first impressions. Very good prompt service, good value, still discovering the best arrangement to stow my gear (hoping 65l is enough. Fingers crossed)”

“Nice shoes but sizings are in the small size. Bought a 6 for running trail marathons (I wear a 6 in my road marathon shoe). Should have got a 6.5 as had bruised toes and 2 black toenails as the shoe box not big enough. Will be using them for dog walks and getting a 6.5 as am running an ultra marathon next.”

“My goods did not arrive on the promised delivery date and I had no communication advising me that the delivery was delayed. I sat in all day for nothing. Poor customer service. Can't rate the goods as I am still waiting. Receiving an email asking me for feedback before receipt of my order just adds insult to injury.”
