“I bought some Karrimor boots over 2 years ago for £40 and they lasted the whole time in a warehouse environment as well as general wear. I will always come back to Karrimor to buy my footwear because it is truly a quality you can trust. I am very happy with my new boots as they are comfortable to wear all day with minimal rub for a brand new pair which is expected.”

“Unfortunately the shoes I ordered are too small. They are a different style to the ones I have bought before from you. What has made me cross is that even though I did click and collect from the Norwich longwater store the paperwork says I will have to pay postage to return them and get a refund. Also it turns out the socks would have been cheaper on store. So all in all I am not happy with any of my purchases and very u happy with your returns policy.”
