“Both products arrived with price tags for 29.99 which was less than I had been charged for them. I queried it and was told the price tags were wrong - even though both items had the same price on the tag. I feel a bit cheated, albeit not by much but it makes the brand seem a bit untrustworthy as a result. What a shame.”

“Item that arrived was faulty - unable to undo the zip to even try the item on, so have no idea if it even fits. Have had to pay £4.40 postage to return the item (on top of the £4.99 originally paid) - have asked for an exchange, but if the exchange is unacceptable (when it arrives) I presumably will have to pay yet more postage to return again, meaning I could pay up to £15 postage for nothing. Will be taking advice from CAB”

“‘Next day delivery’ order not even processed until day of expected delivery - a day & a half after buying. Contacted CS to cancel and they seemed to push the processing through in 10 mins (v quick response & ‘processed’ email received then, conveniently). 2 emails later & I had no response until next day when I was told that they ‘could not accept liability’ and blamed the courier even though it seemed that the late processing on your side was the issue. Issued the £3 difference in p&p refund. Will be returning boots as they arrived too late and instead I wore (& ruined in mud) trainers for event, sad times :( ). Pretty disappointed.”

“Dear Karrimor team, I have recently received my order and was very disappointed...I like the item and the size is fine but when I checked the site again I found out that the model which I pre-ordered with guaranteed discount (I payed 54.99 pounds) at the moment is TWICE cheaper...As for me its unfair as the idea of the pre-order is that the item is cheaper in comparison to the released one but in practice it turned another way around. Now I am demotivated to buy any products of Karrimor by this way as now I feel kinda fooled.”

“Karrimor is asking me for a rewiev but at this moment I still have not received anything. your courier said he would deliver it yesterday but did not. I love your products, but I paid an express delivery that is not happening.”
