“Sizing was completely wrong. I ordered my usual UK size 6 (EUR 39) and when the shoes arrived they looked very small. I could hardly squeeze them on my feet so they must be two sizes too small. Not only are they short in length, but the heel slopes inwards quite sharply. There is a very thick insole built up on the arch of the foot so the depth of the shoe is very shallow. When I checked the US size equivalent on the label inside the shoe it said size 7. I know that I am US size 8.5 which is given as equivalent to EUR39, sometimes shown as UK shoe size 6-6.5. But these shoes are just tiny. No return instructions given in the box. I am going to have to search the website to see how to do that. The next and only available size up is shown as UK size 7 and I'm not even sure if these will fit. Extremely disappointing.”

“The Karrimor products I have bought and used in recent years have been excellent. I still have a pair of Tundra walking shoes that go with me on long walks in the woods at weekends and keep all moisture out. I am looking forward to some colder weather to try out the Alpiniste gloves and MX therm balaclava. Also pray to use the Coniston boots I bought for snow if we ever get any! Great products. Always recommend to friends and family.”

“I find it strange that you cannot give me a delivery day, even an approximate one, for my order. Also the tracking advice is strange - '' not to track until delivery'?? Any other online purchase I have made I get a delivery date. How am I supposed to know when to stay at home??”
