“Purchased item online to click and collect at local store. On the day I had a phone call from the courier - querying why it was being delivered to a shop - I confirmed correct as it was click and collect. However the shop (Johnsons Cleaners, Stockton Heath) wouldn't take the parcel as they said they only took them from DPD not Hermes. Driver rang me not knowing what to do - fortunately as I am only a mile away he agreed as a gesture of goodwill to deliver it direct to me.”

“Well it did not made me happy. I'm sorry I have to tell you this but I'm not happy at all. I bought two pairs of boots, one for me and one for my spouse, and the sizes don't fit for both. I could not use the boots nor could my spouse. From the sizing instructions one would say that a size, for example 43, would definitely fit someone that wears 42.5. Your sizing guide says that size 9 UK would fit someone 43 1/3. I wear 42(Converse), 42.5(Nike), 43(Timberland boots) but I can barely walk with your boots. The other pair of boots, 4 UK, 37, could be used by someone who wears 36-36.5. They'd need to be about 7-10 mm larger to fit someone that wears 37 for any shoe company out there except Converse which have their sizes 5 mm larger. So for this reason I'm giving 3/5 stars. I don't know if the boots are of good quality since I can't actually use them and since I'm not from UK the return and change of pairs would probably end up to the value of another pair of boots. (15 pounds * 3 = 45 pounds only for delivery). Best wishes, Hope you fix your sizing and add size in centimeters.”

“the parcel tracking system was useless, courier attempted delivery during daylight working hours and posted a half completed note, the parcel disappeared after that with the courier not interested and referring our enquiries back to Karrimor. Full refund made on order ( in 2 parts as omitted to remit post and packing on first refund) Hermes are shockingly bad on delivery and customer enquiry service, wont use your service again as you dont have any options other than use Hermes for delivery!!”

“Very disappointed as jacket arrived with the security tag still on and even more disappointed with the reply that I received. Being told that I would get an answer in 1-3 days as they are busy is not good customer service.”
